(CLOSED) Freebie Stardragon Raffle: July Edition

With the MYO event over, we figured we'd like to give a hi and hello to the new SD members but also celebrate the end of a MYO season with a freebie raffle for the GE group members! And up for possible grabs is this lovely dasher gal.

This is a free-for-all raffle meaning anyone who is a member of can enter regardless of if they have no stardragons or 20+.

2: If you do not have any stardragons, please mention so. Folks who don't have a stardragon yet will be entered in twice. (But you have to let us know this fact!)}


THE RULES
_{1: GemExchange Members Only Please. While folks are free to join the group and then join the raffle, please note we do notice when we see folks do a 'join group, didn't win, leave group' thing. 
2: One entry per person. 
3: While it isn't really a rule so much a suggestion, we ask that please don't enter the raffle just to try to win a design to just trade/sell the moment you get it. We certainly understand that folks preferences change and that who knows maybe down the road if you win you will no longer feel attached...but if we see people entering raffles just as a means to profit off them we're going to have to get harder on the rules going forward. 
4: The winner is allowed to swap the gender or make the usual edits one is allowed to make as if they had purchased the design (hair, colour tweaks, minor marking adjustments)}
